The problem

Handling billing, suspensions for non-payment and technical support for an internet provider’s subscribers takes time and leads to errors.

What we solved

A web admin system with payment control, late fees and a list of unpaid users to simplify service suspension. A mobile app to pay online, change plans and request support. And an automatic WhatsApp assistant that reports balances and runs an initial diagnosis before scheduling a technician.

It integrates with Mikrotik servers or any other with an admin API, and accepts several payment methods.
