Privacy policy

Wibosoft Infraestructura Digital Integrada S.A. de C.V. (Wibosoft), located in the Venustiano Carranza borough of Mexico City, is responsible for the personal data you provide, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

Name, company, email, phone and the information you share about your project through the contact form, WhatsApp or "Plan your route". We do not ask for sensitive data.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up. Your information is recorded and handled by an advisor from our sales team in our internal follow-up system, which only the Wibosoft staff serving you can access. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

To prepare proposals and quotes, our team may use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) that organizes your project description and suggests questions to define its scope. Only project information is sent, never your email or phone number, and the price is always set by a person at Wibosoft.

"Plan your route"

When you describe your project in "Plan your route", the text is sent to Google (Gemini service) to generate the route with artificial intelligence. Google processes it as our provider and only to deliver that service to us.

• We do not store the text you write.
• We keep the generated route for up to 90 days, to give the same answer if someone asks the same question.
• To limit the number of requests we keep an anonymous code that changes every day; we do not store your IP address.
• We only receive your contact details if you choose to send us the brief through the form or WhatsApp.

Please don’t include personal data or confidential information in your description.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies:

• Technical (necessary): a session cookie that protects forms against fake submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser.
• Preferences: your choice about analytics cookies is saved in your browser’s storage so we don’t ask again.
• Analytics (optional): only if you accept them, we use Google Analytics to see in aggregate which pages are visited, with your IP address anonymized. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without analytics cookies.

Service providers

To operate we use providers for web hosting, email, analytics (Google Analytics) and artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). They process data only to provide their service to us, and some may be located outside Mexico.

How long we keep it

Contact messages, for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship. "Plan your route" results, for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent by writing to contacto@wibosoft.com.mx. We reply within 20 business days.
