The problem

The app was the backbone of the business, but it no longer even compiled: several dependencies had vanished from public repositories and the UI was fully coupled to the Java backend.

What we solved

We deconstructed the application with AI assistance to separate the user interface from the business logic.

We rebuilt the frontend as a modern single-page application (SPA) and kept the working business logic intact, without rewriting it.
