Production, inventory and profitability for small manufacturers
A web platform for workshops and small factories that make to order: it brings orders, production, materials and inventory together so they know what they can deliver, what they need to buy and how much each product earns.

The problem
Many small manufacturers keep inventory in Excel, sales in another system and costs on the side. They cannot tell for sure which materials each order consumes, which orders are running late or which products actually make money.
What we solved
Production orders by stage with multi-level recipes or bills of materials, tracking of actual consumption and waste, inventory with stock in, stock out and QR scanning, suggested purchases based on orders, and estimated delivery dates with a risk indicator. Profitability is calculated per product using the average cost of materials.
It is built for people without technical knowledge: the screens use each industry's own vocabulary (bakery, furniture, uniforms…) and a shop-floor mode lets workers log progress from their phones.
