The problem
Independent gyms and coaches rarely have their own app to assign workouts, track each client’s real progress and manage memberships.
What we solved
Three spaces in one platform. Clients see their training week, log weight, reps, RIR and how each set felt, and check their membership. Coaches manage clients and workouts, choose an animation or a YouTube video for each exercise, and customize their gym’s name, logo and colors. The network admin oversees gyms, plans and renewal dates.
A progression engine adjusts reps and loads per exact exercise and equipment, with safety rules when pain is reported. Each gym is isolated from the others with row-level security in Supabase, verified by automated tests.
