The problem
In the avocado supply chain it is hard to prove where each lot comes from and what state it is in, and growers have little access to funding that investors can verify.
What we solved
Packers certify each lot with photos and geolocation, and the lot receives a certificate on Polygon.
Growers register their pre- and post-harvest capital needs, investors fund verified lots and track their status, and auditors review contracts and transactions on a public, immutable trail.
